Justin + Jordan

When you meet with a couple, and the conversation starts with wedding chat, and ends with planning a s'mores date, you know you are in for a treat (quite literally).

Meet Jordan and Justin.

Their wedding day was all about romance, lush big blooms, and swoon-worthy gold details.  Chatting with Jordan was like chatting with myself, because we giggled over cute details, and bonded over our love of plate chargers.

We started our designing time together, by creating a beautiful moodboard that encompassed their vision and wedding-dreams.

Essentially, we are talking garden meets glam...aka: I'M IN LOVE.

Designing for these two was such an honor, and I'm glad that at the end of the process, I can call these clients friends.  Besides, when it turns out that they live practically down the street, and also share a love of s'mores and wine (together because hey, why not?), friendship is a given. So happy to have worked with you Jordan & Justin!

P.S.- the first two photos were taken by the ever-so-wonderful Jenna Leigh!

Jessica + Quinn

Jessica and Quinn's stationery was SUCH an honor to design, because back in the day (and I'm talking awkward-Josie-grossie-middle-school-days), Quinn and I went to school together.  Having gone to different colleges after High School, we naturally lost touch a bit, but reconnected when Quinn told me he was engaged (to the sweetest girl, I might add).

Jessica, Quinn, and I met up at a coffee shop in my hometown, and chatted new jobs, new homes, and oh yea, weddings :) They were planning a gorgeous and oh-so-elegant ceremony and reception.

Their stationery matched their heart totally, and I couldn't be more pleased with how they came out :) The elegant design, paired with the deep purples and silvery paper? Yep. Spot. On.

So happy for you Jessica and Quinn!

Bridal Fair Drawing Winners!

These past two weeks have been nuts blogettes! The Sunday before last I did the Menomonee Bridal Fair (had a blast), that following Wednesday I traveled out to New Jersey, I arrived back on Saturday evening, and did the Metropolis Bridal Fair the next day (also had a blast)! PHEW! It was awesome.

Anyways! Needless to say, I have finally picked my winners from the drawings at BOTH fairs! Thanks for patiently waiting :)

Since I am crazy and can't pick just one....I randomly picked 3. There are winners from both fairs, so don't worry, I didn't leave anyone out.

Drum roll please (wouldn't it be awesome if you actually drum rolled there?)....

Yay! Shout out to Nicole, Rebecca, and Sara for being awesome and winning (even though it was random) :) Still, you are awesome.

You will hear from me soon-woot woot!

In the meantime, are you getting all those behind-the-scenes looks of my biz on Instagram? Follow here!

Be loved today.

Internship Positions Available!

Like weddings? Lots of glitter? Sometimes wearing your slippers to work? You might be just the right fit.

Andra Delores Design is looking for two interns to work 5-10 hours/week. We are a custom wedding stationery & design studio based in good ol’ Eau Claire, Wisconsin...and we pride ourselves in the ultimate client experience when it comes to stationery (no cookie cutter stuff going on over here!).

Like what you see? Read further:

Position #1: Office Manager
I am looking for a responsible & conscientious cheerleader/office manager, who is passionate about the wedding industry. We are a small business with a growing client list that requires a lot of attention and organization. Office Manager duties would consist of:
-Writing and posting blog posts
-Writing and scheduling monthly newsletter
-Keeping up on social media
-Scheduling and attending bridal fairs and shows
-Project management

The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator and writer who has that extra oomph for the personal details. You need to be self motivated with excellent time management skills, and organization/attention to detail are a must! You also must be able to bring your own laptop computer to work with you each day.
*If you are a list-making queen, that’s an added bonus.

Position #2: Assistant Designer
Just dying for the opportunity to work and design in the wedding industry? Cool. Let’s be friends.   Design duties would consist of:
-Assisting on edits
-Helping to jump start new projects
-Graphic Design/ layout projects

I am looking for someone who is a good listener, quick learner and a problem solver. This person will be my right hand person when it comes to graphic design and visual design assistance. You’ll be doing lots of switching between projects, so creativity is a must.  You must also own your own laptop computer and adobe suites software (illustrator, photoshop, and indesign).
*Added bonus if you also have mad photography skillz.

If you have any interest in learning how a small business works, either of these positions would be a great opportunity to get involved. You’ll have your hand in the business and will be an integral part of it’s growth and success. Plus, you will have the opportunity to attend wedding industry meetings and network with other wedding professionals. Um, hello awesomeness! I’m looking for two individuals who are self-motivated and professional, and are passionate about all-things-wedding

Because of the small nature of this business, the right attitude, personality and sense of humor are just as important as background and experience. The office is a home studio in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, so you must have your own transportation. The start date would be ASAP.

Since these are internships, the hours are totally flexible. These are also unpaid internships, but I can speak from experience when I say:
"the outcome of investing yourself in something like this is priceless"

Please send your resume, links or a PDF of your work and a cover letter that best showcases your personality to hello@andradeloresdesign.com

*ps- We can definitely chat college internship credit, if that is something you are interested in!
